We offer four levels of engagement, each scoped and priced clearly. The difference between them is the scope of work you want handled, from positioning and branding to full end-to-end job search strategy and execution. Each is built for senior leaders who are navigating this privately, at a level where the stakes are high and the margin for wasted effort is low.
Reverse recruiting is managing a job search on behalf of the candidate: research, targeting, outreach, networking, and follow-ups.
Networking on your behalf means directly contacting recruiters, hiring managers, and relevant connections to create visibility and momentum for your search. This includes proactive outreach to companies of interest and, where relevant, activating your existing LinkedIn network to reach people inside target organizations. No one in your network is contacted without your approval.
No. We use AI extensively across our work, including research, analysis, and internal processes. It does not write your resume, build your LinkedIn profile, or conduct your job search. Every deliverable and all outreach are done by our team, not automations or AI.
Kaleo Career works with senior professionals and executives at the Director, VP, and C-suite level, typically earning $200,000/year or more. Our clients engage us for a range of reasons, including a targeted job search, a career transition, and a strategic repositioning in the market.
Yes. Many of our clients are actively employed when they engage us. A confidential, strategically managed search is often more critical when you have a current role to protect.
Yes. We work with professionals across North America, Europe, and the Gulf.
For most senior professionals, interviews begin in weeks three and four of an active search. This assumes a reasonable volume of relevant opportunities in the market. The more senior the role, the smaller the opportunity pool, which can affect timing. Niche markets or highly specialized positions may take longer.
Role targeting starts with a live onboarding interview to understand your background, goals, and constraints. We then conduct structured market research and present our findings in a live consultation where targeting decisions are made together before the search begins.
Your involvement is highest at the start: an onboarding interview, reviewing your materials, and aligning on targeting. Once the search is underway, we operate independently. You stay in the loop on key decisions, approve any outreach to your existing network, and weigh in when a specific application requires your input. For most clients, this amounts to a few minutes a day.
We achieve a 20 to 30 percent callback rate for senior professionals in roles with reasonable market availability. Market conditions, opportunity volume, and seniority all affect outcomes.
No. Most of our clients are placed before we end our engagement, outside of highly specialized roles or niche markets. Outcomes depend on market conditions, opportunity availability, and factors outside any firm's control.
It depends on what you need. The first two engagements are project-based, covering written materials and positioning. The full-service engagements differ in commitment structure: monthly with no success fee, or until placement with a shared-risk model.
Payment is due upfront upon signing. The monthly engagement is renewed by mutual agreement at the end of each month. The until-placement engagement includes a success fee upon placement, paid in one or two installments.
