We identify and approach senior and executive candidates on behalf of our corporate clients. We draw on an established network built across thousands of executive engagements and search beyond it when the role demands it. The process is targeted, discreet, and scoped to the role and organization.

Candidate Evaluation and Assessment

For companies that have sourced their own candidates, we take over the evaluation process. We conduct structured interviews calibrated to the role and seniority level, working within the client's existing framework or building one from scratch.
